Here is an interesting story about someone who used a firearm to protect themselves. Here in Idaho Falls we don't have much crime, maybe its because we're all good people or maybe it's because we believe in gun ownership. Either way we need to keep on doing what we're doing to remain safe.

"A former Marine who uses a wheelchair used a firearm to protect himself from three attackers who broke into his home early one morning. According to reports, three home invaders burst into the man's home in West Pike Run Township, PA., around 2 a.m. Alerted to danger by his dog, the homeowner grabbed a .45-caliber pistol and fired, causing the three attackers to flee."
